Learn to play from a master When you hear Hektor Qyteti play the violin, you will be moved by his music. Now is your chance to learn how he achieves his beautiful sound. As a graduate of the Conservatory of Music in Tirana, Albania, where he studied with Vangjush Papadhimitri. Mr. Qyteti has an impressive list of accomplishments. He has been the concertmaster/principal violinist in many orchestras, including the Opera House Orchestra in Tirana and the Michigan Philharmonic in Plymouth, Michigan. Mr. Qyteti spent years as a music director at an arts academy in Korca, Albania, and has been conducting the Strings and Sinfonia ensembles with the Michigan Philharmonic Youth Orchestra for the past 8 years. You will benefit from his many years spent both as a performer and an educator.

A dedicated teacher, Hektor maintains a busy schedule in Plymouth teaching violin and chamber music as a private instructor.

  Instructor Bio:
  Allison Martin is a Suzuki-certified violin instructor. She was trained in the Suzuki method for over 10 years and hopes to teach other children the joy she’s discovered through creating and sharing music. Allison has taught privately for nine years and in group settings for five years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Voice Performance from Oakland University. While she still holds a love for singing and performing, she continues to teach children, and adults too! in the Suzuki method.
