Class Information

  Musical Theater

This class is designed to introduce students to another facet of drama- the musical. Don't be intimidated.

You don't have to know how to sing or dance, that's what we will work on, along with theater games, improvisation, character development and script development. Depending on the size of the class, a scene from a well known musical will be chosen for performance and we will begin the process of adapting the musical to our group size.  Students will be required to memorize lines, be on time each week, and attend the dress rehearsal and performance.   The tentative date for rehearsal is Wednesday, December 7th.  Tentative performance is Monday, December 12th at Trinity Theatre.
