Class Information

   
  Creation Station
   
  This is a hands on art experience. From marble ramps to paper mache sculptures, this class presents opportunities for the child to design and create their own projects. There will be freedom for the child to use their own ideas and to collaborate with other students as they work. This class is teacher led and student driven.
   
  Instructor: Roth, Kathie
  Instructor Bio:
  Kathie Roth moved to Michigan from Woodstock, Georgia. In Georgia she worked as a Child Advocate at the Cherokee Family Violence Center. Kathie taught Art, Science, and Drama classes at the Center. She also started a library, a tutoring program, and a reading incentives program there. Kathie homeschooled her sons. Mike is a teacher at a private school in northern Georgia. And Ralph works at a Georgia courthouse as a court assistant and is about to get his bachelor’s degree. Kathie has an Associates in Arts Degree and was awarded a Certificate of Outstanding Academic Achievement. She has a love for learning and is enthusiastic about teaching children.
