Beginning Machine Sewing - Continued

You have basic sewing skills. Yippee! Let’s build on your skills and learn about fit, fabric selection and patterns- how to choose a pattern, laying and cutting out a pattern, logical sewing steps and design alterations. We will be using commercial pattern(s) and will be discussing designing your own patterns using simple techniques.  We will be building on skill already learned and making fun and creative projects. Look forward to having fun while learning.

Must have a working sewing machine with straight and zigzag stitch. Please note: some project supplies will be the responsibility of the student. These may include and not limited to: thread, needles, scissors (paper and fabric), some fabric, elastic, etc.

Reminder: we will be having fun and laughing lots as we learn. Expect great things!
